The mission and team carried forward. The practice kept its name, its independence, and its focus on continuity-of-care.

CovenantCare Practices is a family-medicine clinic with three offices in Tennessee. We care for every age — infants, children, adults, and seniors — under one roof. Most concerns can be handled in our offices. When a specialist is needed, we help you find one and stay involved in your care.
