Ms. Jewel is a jewel! My visit is always a five, the staff are friendly and courteous also. I definitely recommend this office to everyone who actually need a doctor who genuinely care! The phone calls, my needs are met before I get off the phone and Whitney is definitely a plus to the office staff! Overall they are GREAT!

Dr. Johnson and his staff are the epitome of professionalism and care for their patients. Not only are they friendly and compassionate, Dr. Johnson is a straight shooter with clear directions or explanations. My mother has memory issues and he is so patient with her. She feels heard and comfortable knowing that he has her best interest at heart. Thank you all at Covenant Care Hillcrest! You’re the best!

The staff here is very welcoming and informative whenever I have a question or concern. They always make sure you are well taken care of. Also, the appointments are always on time with Shannon Keller. She is extremely kind and professional with the care she gives her patients. My husband and I both use her as our PCP and we love her and the Covenant Care family.

They were extremely thorough and helpful. I felt as though I was being listened to and not rushed out the door. Blood tests were done on-site without the need to travel to another lab. My doctor was personable and refilled all medications that I needed expediently. Doctor’s notes were posted securely online by the same evening for me to view. After moving to another state, I am lucky to have found this practice to continue my care.

Once again I used the portal to make an appointment. I sent the portal request at 2:30 a.m. and by 7:45 a.m. they had responded with an appointment today for me. As soon as I checked in I was called back for my appointment. They listened to my complaints, were very professional and caring. In less than an hour I was out of the office and on my way to my pharmacy to pick up meds for my problem. I am very pleased with my care and recommend Covenant Care.
