Christa Blane, FNP-BC

Christa Blane is a Family Nurse Practitioner and practices at For Your Family Health, a CovenantCare Group, in Dover, Tennessee. Christa is the founder of For Your Family Health; she built the practice for 13 years in service to her community before the Dover clinic joined the CovenantCare family in 2020. Christa is a graduate of Murray State University and is ANCC Board certified.

At Dover, her practice spans the full range of family medicine — preventive visits, women's-health care, chronic-disease management, sick visits, pediatric wellness, routine in-office procedures, and the DOT physicals that matter to the trucking and trade workforce in rural Stewart County.

Christa is from Dover. She is the mother of one son, one daughter, and the grandmother to two grandsons. Christa believes in treating patients and their families in the manner that they would want to be treated and strives to always provide holistic and high quality, cost efficient care.

In her spare time, Christa enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
