What you can do in the patient portal — six things that don't need a phone call. Secure messages: reach your care team for clinical questions, referral status, and follow-ups. Appointments: request, reschedule, or cancel without calling. Medication refills: request refills directly with your provider. Lab results: view results as soon as your provider releases them.
