Jewell Kaylor, FNP-C

Jewell Kaylor is a Family Nurse Practitioner at CovenantCare Sango. She graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and later completed a Master's of Science in Nursing. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Before joining CovenantCare, she practiced in Kentucky for several years, gaining experience across the full range of primary care, before returning to practice a little closer to home.

At Sango, Jewell sees patients across the full breadth of family medicine — preventive visits, women's-health concerns, pediatric wellness checks, sick visits, routine in-office procedures, and the day-to-day work of keeping chronic conditions like diabetes, blood pressure, and thyroid management on track. Her professional affiliations include the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Tennessee Nurses Association, and she remains active in continuing education to keep her practice current.

In her free time she loves spending time with family and watching her beloved Titans.
