Jasmine Adams, PA-C

Jasmine Adams was born in San Francisco, CA but has spent most of her life in Nashville, TN. Her education includes an undergraduate degree from Austin Peay State University in human health performance and a Master of Science of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Bethel University in McKenzie, TN.

Jasmine feels that family medicine allows her the freedom to address patient issues holistically, rather than limiting to one area of expertise. Her approach to medicine is a collaborative method; working with the patients to optimize their care and ensure their problems are addressed accurately and efficiently. Jasmine believes that even though she may not be able to change the world, she can change people's individual worlds and that is what motivates her to be a great provider.

Jasmine is married with 2 children and has 2 dogs. When not in the office, she enjoys cooking, playing video and card games, basketball, volleyball, and hanging out with friends and family outdoors as much as possible.
